Liberia

In 2012 Brass for Africa launched a small music programme for 17 disadvantaged children in Monrovia, Liberia.

Over the past few years we have steadily grown our impact. Our work in Liberia now includes four local partner organisations including The MacDella Cooper Foundation Academy, Francis Gaskin Home, J W Harris Memorial School and Kendeja Community Group. All programmes are aimed at disadvantaged and marginalised young people, promoting self-confidence, concentration, communication and teamwork skills.
